After serving NC's military community for almost a decade, it was time for the Susan Tillis Foundation to rethink its purpose, message and outreach to those it serves. By keeping its mission at the core of the decision-making process, Sinclair Agency built a layered strategy that encompassed all creative, digital and PR needs of the growing organization. Keeping the foundation's origin story at the heart of messaging was a critical component - helping to convey purpose, meaning and hope for the future of the newly branded organization and its upcoming outreach efforts.
