Marsy’s Law is a national initiative aimed at securing constitutional rights for crime victims. Working closely with the team at Marsy’s Law, developing a comprehensive media relations and issue management campaign was essential in bringing this critical legislation to the ballot and ensuring its approval by North Carolina voters.

Building support through unified advocacy
Our strategy was built around creating awareness and mobilizing support for Marsy’s Law through strategic communications, targeted media outreach, and grassroots engagement.
By aligning community leaders and affected groups, we were able to create a unified front that advocated for victims' rights and appropriately positioned Marsy's Law on the state voters' ballot.
A landmark achievement for victims' rights
The collaborative work between our team and Marsy’s Law field representatives resulted in the successful placement of Marsy’s Law on the North Carolina ballot, where it garnered overwhelming voter approval.
Thanks to this multifaceted campaign, Marsy’s Law was ratified by the state’s voters, marking a major victory for crime victims’ rights in North Carolina.
