NC and SC REALTORS® were facing a significant, shifting market dynamic following a major lawsuit involving the National Association of REALTORS®. A creative, persuasive media relations campaign was required to affirm the importance of real estate professionals among the public in light of recent news.

A compelling campaign driven by strategy
We executed a strategic, research-driven campaign aimed at restoring trust and highlighting the value of REALTORS®. Through extensive market research, including surveys, focus groups, and social media sentiment analysis, we identified the public’s perception of REALTORS®.
These insights were used to create clear, audience-specific messaging for a highly visual campaign brand with localized elements. We then channeled the campaign creative through a multi-channel ad plan that included digital ads, OOH, print media, billboards, CTV commercials, influencer partnerships, and radio and podcast ads.

The NC and SC REALTORS® Know campaign delivered exceptional results with widespread coverage across the Carolinas. Through localization and strategic ad planning, the campaign was well-received by the public.
The REALTORS® saw increased recognition as valuable members of their communities, reinforcing their professional reputations and strengthening trust. Despite the turbulence within the industry, both states' association members felt united around a shared, impactful narrative.
